Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where we ship
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately cannot deliver there yet.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, expect delivery within 7 to 15 business days. Most orders arrive sooner. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to start updating after the label is created; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Duties and import taxes — no surprises on delivery
All applicable taxes and import duties for your delivery country are settled by us. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives. In the rare case that a carrier does invoice you for import charges, contact us with a copy of the invoice and we will reimburse you in full.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. There is never an extra charge for this.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can correct the address free of charge — just contact us. Once dispatched, an incorrect address may mean the parcel is returned or lost, and we can only re-ship at cost.
Parcel not arrived
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the estimated delivery window has passed by more than 7 business days, get in touch through our contact page. We will trace the parcel and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you in full.
